She has competed in the Garage Gym Games and the OPTathlon in San Diego in 2011 and 2012. Most recently, she competed in the Mohawk Valley Crossfit Weaklinks competition in 2016.  She also enjoys hiking, climbing, weight lifting, kayaking, horseback riding, traveling, and trying new activities.

Jessica works full-time as an English as a Second Language teacher for New Hartford Central School teaching language skills to students of diverse backgrounds in Kindergarten through sixth grade.  She is also a member of the Fit Kids Fit Future team, helping to bring the health and physical education program into our schools.

At Garage Gym, Jessica works with a range of clients, including adolescents, to increase their strength levels, flexibility, mobility, endurance, prepare for sports, achieve their personal goals and increase their overall health.
