When I graduated from high school in 2011 I weighed in at 250lbs and was not fit by any definition of the word. I played video games, ate processed sugary foods, and couldn’t sit without being uncomfortable. In the 14 months following graduation I lost 90lbs and have kept it off, only regaining muscle mass and getting stronger. I realized that what I wanted to do was show those around me that making a lifestyle change would work, so I let the results speak for me. I made sure to keep eating better and lifting weights, which led me to garage gym in 2013. Since being at Garage Gym I have made improvements not only in my life but also in all of my clients I am grateful to work with. Gains in strength, being able to move without pain, or being able to fit into clothes you haven’t worn in years is feedback that I love hearing from those I work with. I had the pleasure of competing in a NYS Natural Bodybuilding show and future plans to compete in local Olympic weightlifting meets.
